The request, FOIA/PA-2013-0239 (which is now in FOIAonline under a new reference number, NRC-2013-000239), was appealed due to the agency's failure to respond timely to the request (i.e., a "constructive denial" appeal). The reference number for that appeal is FOIA/PA-2013-0018A (which is now in FOIAonline under a new reference number, NRC-2013-000362) ..
A copy of the acknowledgment letter issued in FOIA/PA-2013-0018A is enclosed.
