Dear Mr. Seidle:

In accordance with the conversation between Mr. C.R. Oberg and Mr. E.W. Creel on January 24, 1980, we wish to advise you that the on-site actions indicated in Reference (b) will begin in the near future but are not expected to be complete for all pre-assemblies for many months, possibly extending into January,

When all assemblies have been processed and found acceptable, we will advise you.

In the interim the assemblies will be at the Wolf Creek Site and may be inspected by NRC personnel as work progresses.
