Per your letter of January 15, 1930, I have made arrangements to provide you with a copy of the tiRC Staff proposal in response to the December 13, 1979 memorandum from the Secretary of the Commission to Lee V. Gossick, Executive Director for Operations, and Leonard Bickwit, General Counsel, referenced in your letter, once the Commission has taken formal action thereon. Until such time, the Staff response to the memorandum is not publicly available.
With regard to your seperate request of January 24, 1980 for a copy of the P.ooovin Report, I am advised that a complimentary copy was sent to the Di-rector of BPI on January 25, 1980. Additional copies can be obtained from the GP0 Sales Program, Division of Technical Information and Document Con-trol. U. S. fluclear Regulatory Commission, Washington, D. C..
