Dear Mr. Secretary:
I wish to express nry concern over the use of Epicor II.
I think you and the nuclear industry have created a Frankenstein menster and don't know what to do with it.
I don't think TMI or any other nuclear f acility should be permitted to poison our environment any more than they already have. TMI should never recpen and all the others should be phased cut and shut down permanently as soon as possible.
