Three Mile Island Incident CEA's Institut de Protection and de~Securite Nucleaire has released a 3-volume report (summary, report and annexes) on the Three Mile Island incident.
It was prepared by Messrs. Roche and Cayol following their recent visit to the' US to study this mishap.
Attached is a quick and rough translation of the summary (prepared by a local Embassy employee).
