NOTICE OF APPEAL BY APPLICANTS On November 24, 1978, the Licensing Board in the above proceeding issued a " Decision and Order Granting Intervention" in the proceeding to the Upper Skagit Indian Tribe, the Sauk-Suiattle Indian Tribe and the Swinomish Tribal Community pur-suant to their Petition to Intervene filed June 13, 1978.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 2.714a, Applicants hereby appeal said Decision and Order Granting Intervention by filing this Notice of Appeal and the accompanying Applicants' Brief In Support of Applicants' Appeal of Licensing Board Decision and Order Grant-ing Intervention to Three Indian Tribes.
