U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION RESPONSE TO FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA) REQUEST PART I.D -- COMMENTS NRC RESPONSE NUMBER 1

2020-000022 11 1

RE~~~SE. D INTERIM I./ I FINAL This is the third in a series of FOIA requests seeking generic (i.e., not plant-specific) records relating to equipment qualification evaluations performed by Franklin Research Center and EG&G Idaho under NRC Contract No.

NRC-03-79-118. In NRC-2018-000308, we released, in its entirety, the one generic equipment evaluation that NRC staff had located. (You may find the agency's Form 464 response and released record in ML18071A154). In NRC-2018-000438, we informed you that, due to the age of the contract, any listing of deliverables, or project status reports that may have been prepared during the course of the contract, were no longer maintained under record disposition schedules. However, we did provide you with a listing of records maintained in the Agency-wide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS); some of the records included on the listing were already made available to the public in ADAMS' Legacy Library, which you could obtain copies of by contacting the Public Document Room (PDR) staff. (You may find the agency's Form 464 response and ADAMS listing in ML18092B086).

The record you are now requesting was included on the ADAMS listing under accession 8304060250. As described in that listing, the record is a transmittal letter without enclosures. A copy of the entire letter is enclosed.
