Interim Report of a Deviation or Failure to Comply In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations 21.21 (a)(2), the Tennessee Valley Authority is submitting this interim report for Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant, Units 1, 2, and 3. The deviation to be evaluated is a General Electric Hitachi (GEH) terminal board clip block, part number 228B2374P003, which was found to be out of tolerance with regard to vendor manufacturing specifications. GEH is performing an investigation of the defective clip block. Evaluation of the failure is expected to be complete by November 27, 2019.
This condition is being tracked under BFN Condition Report 1521607 and GEH tracking number 19-06.
