APPLICATION FOR REVISING THE MODEL NUMBER S5G REACTOR COMPARTMENT DISPOSAL PACKAGE - ACCEPTED FOR REVIEW (EPID L-2019-LLA-0175)
Dear Mr. Kuprenas:
By letter dated August 5, 2019 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession No. ML19227A143), you submitted an application for revising the Certificate Number (No.) 9788, to include the S5G reactor compartment as authorized contents of this package.
The application appears to contain the information needed for our technical review. This letter acknowledges acceptance of your application.
We have established a schedule for the review and estimated that the staff may need approximately 250 hours0.00289 days <br />0.0694 hours <br />4.133598e-4 weeks <br />9.5125e-5 months <br /> to complete its review. The schedule allows for the staff to issue the first request for additional information (RAI) in November 2019 and, if a second RAI is not needed, a certificate of compliance in March 2020, based on you responding to the first RAI in early January 2020.
