The subject report discusses the emergency classification and emergency action level scheme for Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant, in the report areas were noted where modifications were appropriate. We agreed to institute these changes and notify the NRC upon completion.
Consistent with that agreement, this letter confirms that the work intended to resolve the unresolved items and incorporate improvement suggestions has been completed. Documentation supporting this effort is available for review at your convenience.
