This letter is a follow-up to a telephone conversation on October 21, 2019, concerning the maintenance of documents by your library. These documents are related to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staffs environmental review of SHINE Medical Technologies, LLC (SHINE) operating license application.
The NRC staff appreciates your willingness to assist the public in participating in the environmental review of the operating license application process. As discussed, your support would consist of providing shelf space in your Reference Section for one binder. The binder includes the enclosed copy of SHINEs supplemental environmental report. The supplemental environmental report is also available through the web-based version of the NRCs Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) at https://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html under ADAMS Accession No. ML19211C139.
