I appreciate your invitation to speak at the First Texas Symposium on Energy, and am pleased to accept.
I see that you have me placed at 11:30 a.m. on July 9,1980, on the tentative program.
Let us use the following title for my talk:
"fluclear Safety and the Regulation of fluclear Technology."
I have to file a caution with you, and that is that I am always subject to call by the Congress--sometimes on short notice.
