The Kerr-McGee Nuclear Corporation hereby makes application to continue its plutonium plant decommissioning activities beyond that which has been a;, proved by the Comission as Amendment No. 3, dated March 9,1979.
Attached is our application to complete the decommissioning activities leading to the termination of License No. SNM-1174. This application is titled " Termination Plans Parts IV, V and VI."
As you are aware, your branch requested that application for this. plan be made in several increments or parts. One copy of the previous appli-cation parts are included, along with sketches and procedures referenced in these plans. We ar:: confident that your files already contain this material, however, we felt it might be convienient fcr you to have an additional copy.
Activities described in parts IV, V and VI are planned to commence during the 1st quarter of 1980, so your early review of this submittal will be sincerely appreciated.
