Dear Mr. Crow:

Due to an oversight on my part, I should have informed you in December 1979 that Mr. H. Paul Estey, Manager of Licensing and Compliance, Richland Facilities would be unavailable until January 9,1980. Hence, our response to final questions regarding Exxon Nuclear Company's renewal of SNM License No. SNM-1227 would not be.available until later in January.

I hope this slight scheduling change will not be too inconvenient for you.
