Enclosed are Licensee's responses to Interrogatories 2-1 through 2-13 and 2-15 through 2-17, together with the documents referenced therein. As I dis-cussed with Bill Jordan in our telephone conversation yesterday, the remainder of our responses to your interrogatories will be forthcoming as soon as pos-sible.
Ia your interrogatories, you requested that we answer each question in four parts, the third of which was:

Identify and provide all documents and studies, and the particular parts thereof, examined but not re-lied upon by the Licensee, which pertain to the sub-ject matter in question.
We have interpreted this request as meaning those documents and studies examined by Licensee in preparing responses to these interrogatories. This interpretation is consistent with item B. which requests that the studies and documents relied upon as a basis for the answer be identified and provided.
