ORDER EXTENDING PG&E ADDITIONAL TIME TO RESPOND TO DWR'S FOURTH SET OF INTERROGATORIES (February 27, 1980)

On February 19, 1980, Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) filed a request for an additional ten (10) days within which to respond to the Department of Water Resources' (DWR) motion to compel further answers to three interrogatories in.its fourth set of inter-rogatories to PG&E.

Good cause appearing, the request is hereby granted.

PG&E is granted an additional ten (10) days to respond to DWR's motion.

It is so ordered.
