This letter forwards the Annual Report for Millstone Units 1 and 2, submitted pursuant to the requirements of Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Section 50.59 and Sections 6.9.1.4 and 6.9.1.5 of the Appendix A Technical Specifications.
The Annual Environmental Operating Report required by the Appendix n Environmental Technical Specifications will be forwarded under separate cover.
