In accordance with Paragraph 6.7.1 of the Cooper Nuclear Station Tech-nical Specifications, the Nebraska Public Power District submits the Cooper Nuclear Station annual operating report for the period of January 1, 1979 through December 31, 1979.
We are enclosing one signed original and one copy of the report for your use and, in accordance with Regulatory Guide 10.1, are transmitting 40 copies to the Director, Of fice of Inspection and Enrorcement and two copies to the Director, Office of Management Information and Program Control.
