SEQUDYAH NUCLEAR PLANT UNITS 1 AND 2 - PIPING EMBEDDED IN STRUCTURAL CONCRETE - NCR CEB 79 SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION The subject deficiency was initially reported to h2C-01E Inspector A. Herdt on January 12, 1979, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e).

An interim report was submitted on February 8, 1979, and a final report was submitted on March 21, 1979. Enclosed is our revised final report. This revision has been made to provide supplemental information on the description of the nonconformance.
