DOCKET NOS. 50-266 AND 50-301 PAYMENT OF ADDITIONAL FEES CHANGE REQUEST NO. 61 POINT BEACH NUCLEAR PLANT UNITS 1 AND 2 By letter dated February 5, 1980 you have requested the payment of an additional $4,400 for the NRC's review and approval of Wisconsin Electric Power Company's Technical Specification Change Request No. 61 for the Point Beach Nuclear Plant. Enclosed is a check payable to the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission in that amount. We still do not believe that payment of this additional fee is appropriate and disagree with your basis for this fee determination; however, we have no alternative except to provide this payment.
