Spent Fuel Pool Liner Leak Rate Test T90-08 Rev. 1 8/8/78 1.0 Purpose The purpose is to periodically test the spent fuel pool liner for leakage and est6blish a leak rate acceptance criteria.

2.0 Precautions and Limitations.

2.1 The water which may be drained from the valves is potentially contaminated. Use a gamma and beta radiation detector when opening the valvec.

3.0 Initial conditions Initials 3.1 Flater is being. stored in the spent fuel pool. '
