Dear Sir:

It is my desire to express to you my personal concern about the construction of the Marble Hill Nuclear Plant.

My concern centers in the plants possible 100 percent safe operation. If it could not be proven that the plant could be operated safely, I would stand opposed to its operation or even further construction.

I pastor the 1250 member DeHaven Memorial Baptist Church in La Grange, Kentucky. We are located about 15 miles from the Marble Hill site. I would not hesitate to influence my congregation to oppose the plant's operation.

Die have plans to consider a petition opposing it this month.

Please consider my concern about this project in any action you may take relating to the subject. I am not op-posed to safe nuclear power. I do, however, oppose unsafe nuclear power plants.

Sincerely, t

Douglas Olive DO : j m
