Potential Construction Deficiency Report Defective Top Cover Gaskets NAMCO EA-180 LIMIT SWITCHES
Dear Mr. Seyfrit:
As discussed with your Mr. Stewart, we have determined that NAMCO EA-180 limit switches with defective top cover gaskets have not been used on HVAC system components at Waterford 3 SES.
We are now in the process of determining if these switches are located in other Waterford 3 SES mechanical systems.
We expect to complete this review by January 31, 1980 and will notify you of the results by that date.
