s Terr Pipe Bending Company Docket No. 99900066/79-02 NOTICE OF DEVIATION Based on the results of an NRC inspection conducted on December 3, 4, and 6, 1979, it appears that one of your activities was not conducted in accordance with NRC requirements as indicated below:
The Texas Pipe Bending Company corrective action response letter of February 9, 1979, states in part with respect to Item B. in the Notice of Deviation of Inspection Report No. 78-03, "A procedure will be prepared to specify approp-riate requirements for handling and storage of items to prevent damage and deterioration.
." This action was committed to be completed by August 6, 1979.
Contrary to the above, a procedure had not been prepared as of this inspection, which specified requirements for handling and storage of items. (See Details, B.3).
