In response to IE Bulletin 79-14, we have completed the inspection of the second half of the accessible portion of our redundant safety related piping systems. This portion of the inspection plan was identified as Phase 3 in our September 5,1979 submittal. shows the results of this inspection.
Our September 5,1979 submittal identified some items where re-analysis was required to verify the initial engineering judgement.
Reanalysis of all items so designated has been completed. shows the results of this reanalysis.
