Dear '4r. Reid:
Your letter of Novenber IC,1979, requested additional infor-mation on Containment Purge and Vent Systems. Our response, dated January 24, 1920, contained two errors which we wish to correct.
The first sentence in our January 2a, 1980 response should read "Your letter of "ovember 19, 1979, requested additional infor-mation on Containment Purge and Vent Systems."
The third paragraph of Item 2 should read:
SFV 53504, RB Purge Inlet, R3 side; SFV 53602, R3 Pressure Equalizer, RB side; and SFV 53605, RB Purge Outlet, RB side is fully stroked and timed quarterly.
In addition, the valves are stroked, timed, and insaected during hot er cold shutdowns where the shutdow, is in excess of 72 hours8.333333e-4 days <br />0.02 hours <br />1.190476e-4 weeks <br />2.7396e-5 months <br /> in lennth and the valves had not been stroked and timed in the crecedinc cuarter. Valves are not tested for leakage individually, but are t'ested as penetration isolation valves by Surveillance Procedure SP 205.02, Local Component Leak Rate Surveillance Testing.
