REFERENCE:
(1) 10 CFR 50, Aopendix J Gentlemen:
A successful periodic reactor containment building integrated leak rate test, in accordance with Reference (1), was performed on November 15, 1979 on Unit No. 2.
Twelve copies of this test report are herewith forwarded for your review, as required by Section V of Reference (1).
Appendix Q, of subject report, contains the failed test report as required by Refer-ence (1). Since the initial attempt of the Type A test failed to meet the acceptance criteria in III.A.5.(b) of Reference (1), the test schedule ap-plicable to subsequent Type A tests will require approval by the Commission.
