Dear Mr. Rouse:
The renewal application for renewal of license SNM-778 was subnitted in December, 1978.
Revisions to the application were submitted in September, 1979 as a result of ccaments made by your staff.
This revision 2 to the application contains responses to additional comments, made by your staff, which were presented to me at a meeting at the NRC's Silver Spring, Md. offices on September 26, 1979.
The copics enclosed are not of the best quality but because of the apparent need for the utmost in haste, I agreed to follow this submittal at a later date with printed replacement pages.
You will find enclosed copics of replacement pages for the referenced docuacnt and an instruction sheet for entering these pages in the document.
