This is in response to your letters dated May 5,1978; September 6,1978; January 31, 1979; April 27, 1979; June 29, 1979; August 3, 1979; and August 23, 1979 transmitting changes to Chapters 1.0, 4.0, 6.0, 7.0, and 8.0 of your Fundamental fluclear Material Control Plan.
We have determined that these revisions are in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 70.32(c) in that they do not decrc.ase the effectiveness of your MC&A program, and that they will not endanger the common defense and security and are otherwise in t'e public interest. Accordingly, we are revising License Conditions 1.1, 2.1, and 8.1 of Amendment flo. MPP-2 to your License flo. Stim-1168, effective immediately, as reflected in the enclosure to this letter.
