NA Apparent Cause of Occurrence:

Relay "RlB" was found to be sticking part of the time resulting in the time delay contacts remaining closed.

Analve.is of Occurrence:

There was no damage to plant equipment. There was no activity release, no personnel exposure or injury and no danger to health or safety of the public.

Corrective Action

The relay was replaced and SI 4.2. A-16 was completed.
