NOTICE RELATING TO TAKING OF DE POSITION The Public Utilities Board of the City of Brownsville, Texas, ( "Brownsv ille" ), hereby gives notice of its inte nt to depose Mr. James Bruggeman on the following subject matter:
The response of Central and South West Corporation and CSR Services, Inc. to requests for production of docu-ments by Brownsville and other parties in this and related proceeding s; and the general practices of Central and South West Corporation and CSR Services with regard to maintaining files and other documentary r ec o rd s.
Mr. Bruggeman is currently scheduled to be deposed on March 7, 1980 in Chicago, Illinois, pursuant to a subpoena issued at the request of Houston Lighting and Power Company.
