SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLAh"I UNITS 1 AND 2 - VALVE WEIGHT USED IN PIPING ANALYSIS IS INCURRECT - NCR Chu 80 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-0IE Inspector W. T. Cottle on January 4,1980, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e).

A final report was submitted on February 4, 1980.

Enclosed is additional information providing justification for allow-ing fuel loading in unit 1 before conpletion of the corrective action for this deficiency. The corrective action vill be completed before initial crici aliey.
