Renewal of License No. SNM-723 In accordance with Title 10, Code of Federal Regula tions, Part 70, Section 70:33 and your notice of expiration (Program Code 22200, License number SNM-723, notice date 07/31/79), we hereby make application for renewal of the above subject license.
Information as required by Section 70:21 and 70:22 is available in our letter of previous application dated July 14, 1976 (addressed to Mr. Robert J. Dube, Fuel Cycle Licensing Branch 1, Division of Materials and Fuel Cycle Facility Licensing, U.S.N.R.C.) for revision of License No. SNM273 and SNM723. The information is inco porated as a part of thic application by reference. The only chaage since the date of previous application has been the name of the Director of the Nuclear Science and Technology Facility, the applicant.
Mr. Charles C. Thomas, Jr. has since resigned, and Dr. Wan Y. Chon is the new Director.
