Gentlemen:
This letter is to confirm October 17, 1979, 9:00 am as the time for a meeting with you to discuss a modification to License SilM-1270. This matter was discussed in a telephone conversation between Richard Odegaarden of your staff and Robert Jones of GE on September 27, 1979.
The proposed modification involves a change to enable reinstatement of General Electric's authority to possess certain licensed materials at other licensees' facilities under limited circumstances.
