Dear Mr. McCorkle:
Pursuant to a telecon with Mr.
O.
Smith of your branch on this date, the attached page change to the UNC Recovery Systems Security Training and Qualifications Plan is submitted to correct an error in the second sentence of the second paragraph on page 22.
The intention of this change is to enable the on-duty Supervisor, Security to issue gas masks, batons and handcuffs as needed rather than on a routine basis.
It is our understanding that this change does not de-crease the effectiveness of the UNC Recovery Systems Security Plan; therefore, no fee is required.
