On February 1,1980, Christa-Maria, et al., (Intervenors) asked to be relieved of the Commission's requirement that twenty (20) conformed copies of all of their documents be filed with the Commission pursuant to lu C.F.R. 82.708(d).
The NRC Staff has no objection to the request.
Though Consumers Power Company (Licensee) has not responded formally to Intervenors' Motion, Licensee has informed the Staff that it has no objection to the granting of that Motion by the Board.
