The NRC Staff hereby requests that the Joint Intervenors, Save Our Wetlands, Inc. and Oystershell Alliance, Inc., pursuant to 10 CFR 8.6 2.740b and 2.741, answer separately and fully, in writing under oath or affirmation, the follow-ing interrogatories and produce or make available for inspection and copying, all doeurentary material identified in the responses to interrogatories below.
As agreed in the " Stipulation on Discovery Schedule," forwarded to the Board by letter of September 25, 1979, Joint Intervenors will have 45 days to respond to the interrogatories below.
Each response to the interrogatories below shall be under oath or affirmation of the individual (s) who contributed thereto.
