The telephone conversation on January 31, 1980, between your Mr. F.

Merkel and our Mr. W. Foster clarified that only non-conforming material that has been dispositioned as "use-as-is" is presented to the customer.

We understand that there are no repair dispositions.

We have no further questions at this time. We will review your corrective action during a future inspection.
