Thank you for your letters of October 19, and November 15, 1979, in response to our letter dated September 21,1979 and our telephone call with your Mr. C. L. Martin on November 8, 1979. As a result of our review, we find that additional information is needed.
Spe-cifically, please provide us a description of steps that have been or will be taken to ensure that equipment which is out of date for calibration is red-tagged and placed in a location separate from acceptable equipment._.This refers to Item C. of the Notice of Deviation.
Please provide this additional information within twenty (20) days in order that we may co=plete our review in a timely manner.
