In order to facilitate meaningful participation by the State of Maine in these proceedings we would appreciate copies of the following documents:
1.
The application and all supporting documents provided by f4aine Yankee to the NRC regarding the pending application to expand spent fuel storage capacity.
2.
All correspondence between tlfe NRC staff and Maine Yankee regarding the pending application.
3.
AlI reports, memoranda or studies by the NRC staff evaluating or analyzing the specific pending proposal and the general subject of spent fuel storage.
In addi tion to providing copies of the above-requested documents, we would appreciate it if you would list for us the nc:aes and addresses of all staff members responsible for or involved i'n evaluating and analyzing the pending application and any person expected to testify before the ASLB with respect to this pending application.
