Request for Additional Information 1.

Identify the Radiological Control personnel and the Radiological Controls Officer in the chain of command.

2.

Provide a statement that audits will be dependent on the safety significance of the activity being audited, but each activity will be audited at least once each year.

3.

Provide a statement that auditors shall have no day-to-day responsibility in the activity being audited.
