Waterford SES Unit 3 Decket No. 50-382 Construction Deficiency Report No. 9 Report of Noncompliance to Welding Requirements For HVAC Seismic Support Hangers to Embed Plates
Dear Mr. Seyfrit:
As discussed with your Mr. Stewart, due to Nonconformance Reports generated during the repair of the HVAC seismic support hangers, additional time will be required to completely close out this deficiency.
We now expect to submit the final report by March 31, 1979.
