Gentlemen:
Your letter (Reference 1) instructed that your office be notified within five days of receipt of new information regarding the availability to implement Category A items.
Following initial notification on February 11, 1980, that eight (8)
Snaplock switches No. FA 180-31202 as manufactured by Namco Controls, Division of Acme Cleveland Co.,
172 East 131st St., Cleveland, Ohio 44108 required for implementation of Item 2.1.3.a, we have verified this date by telephone conversation between Mr. Paul Breidel, Dairy-land Power Cooperative Buyer and Mr. W. Kocianick, Sales-Service Supervisor, Namco Controls that the expected shipping date for the switches will be March 7, 1980.
Estimated delivery date to the plant site will be March 10, 1980.
Confirmation of the telephone conversation was received by Telex communication the same date.
No other changes to our submittal of January 31, 1980 (Reference 2) are contemplated at this time. 8002200
