MOTION TO AMEND TMIA, INC. CONTENTIONS BY THE ADDITION OF SHOLLY CONTENTION NO. 16 Three Mile Island Alert, Inc., by its attorneys, Widoff Eeager Selkowitz & Adler, P.C., requests this Board leave to amend its contentions to include Sholly Contention No. 16 (Internal Security) among those contentions of TMIA, Inc. previously accepted by this Board. The granting of this Motion will not prejudice the rights of any of the parties to this proceeding in that:

(1) Sholly Contention #16 has been accepted for inclusion in this proceeding; (2) Intervenor Sholly concurs in this Motion; (3) It will not increase the burden upon the Licensee during the discovery phase of this proceeding because TMIA, Inc. will be the only intervenor actively engaging in discovery on this contention.

WHEREFORE, TMIA respectfully requests that this Motion be granted.
