BIG ROCK POINT:
EVALUATION OF THE PROPOSED TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION CHANGES TO THE EMERGENCY POWER SOURCES (TAC 8055)
By letter dated December 7,1977, we requested that the Consumers Power Company submit Technical Specification changes for the Big Rock Point plant that addressed the additional d-c power sources used for the plant safety systems. The requested changes were to be consistent with the existing Technical Specifications pertaining to the emergency power sources.
In accordance with your request per TAC 8055, enclosed is the Plant Systems Branch Safety Evaluation Report.
.. _ licensee's proposed Technical Specification changes have been reviewed by our consultant, the Lawrence Livermore Laboratory, and we agree with their findings, that the proposed changes are acceptable. We consider the attached consultant's report to be final.
