I wri te to requect a copy of the 1975 General Elcetric Product Im-provement Study on Boiling Water Reactors (also known as the Reed Report) and a copy of the 27 safety related incues that was extracted from this Report.

In addition, the NRC Staff Report, Other Issues Raised by Messrs. Pol-lard.
