Dear Mr. Nechodom:
This letter is to give notice that we have concurrently asked our Office of the Controller to bill your Company for the review and appioval of Topical Report No. Xft-NF-78-30 entitled Exxon Nuclear Company WREM-Based Generic PWR ECCS Evaluation Model Update ENC WREM-IIA (dated August 1978, as amended in February 1979) which was submitted to the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR) for review. We understand that the ONRR staff completed th. review of the above report on March 30, 1979.
Fees for this review are in accordance with 10 CFR 170.21, Category F - Special Projects and Reviews.
The total cost to be billed is $5,187 based on review time involving 133 professional man-hours at $39 per man-hour. The invoice for this amount will be sent to you by the Office of the Controller within a few days.
Upon your receipt of the invoice, payment should be made to the U.S.
Nuclear Regulatory Commission and forwarded to the Office of the Controller.
When making payment, please make reference to the Controller's invoice-number.
For future bills, we are striving to avoid significant delay between the time the ONRR staff completes the review and the time the invoice is sent to you for payment.
