River Bend Sta' ion - Unit 1 Docket No. 50-458 Our notification to you on November 5, 1979 identified a potential deficiency reportable under 10CFR 50.55 (e). As stated, this potential deficiency was in regard to non-destructive examination (NDE) perfonned during the fabrication of the primary shield wall by Chicago Bridge and IIon - Nuclear, Memphis, Tennessee. We are in the process of cmpleting our evaluation of this concern and will provide you a report by January 5, 1980.
