The following is submitted as required by Item 5 of IE Bulletin 79-17, Rev. 1:

1. We have determined that our submittal dated August 24, 1979 is complete in respect to Item 1 of this revision.
2. We are, in conjunction with the B&W Owners Group, funding a B&W effort to develop an efficient procedure for finding the subject cracks. Since the time required to develop the necessary procedure is unknown at this time, we cannot provide you with a definitive schedule for performing the inspections required by Item 2(b). We will comply with the require-ments of Item 2(a).
