Livingston Washington, D. C. 20360. Correspondence regarding a revision in Certificate 9006 was recently returned, noting that the addressee was not employed by Naval Electronic Systems Command and his address was unknown. Earlier correspondence from the Navy regarding these certificates indicated some connection to the U.S.S. Shenandoah (AD-25).
